Postage, Packaging, Delivery and Handling Charges

Whilst we make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after 12pm, there is a possibility that it will be sent the following day. In addition, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please note we reserve the right to alter the displayed rates for any order – you will be advised of this before the charge is applied and or your order dispatched.

Royal Mail UK Standard Service Recorded Delivery - £6.50

Within the UK most parcels are delivered within 1-2 days and if you are not at home when the courier calls by, you can arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time. Simply call the phone number on the 'Failed Delivery Card' to arrange a time of delivery that suits you Alternatively the courier will also deliver to a neighbour if you are not at home.

Please Note: If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged and additional shipping fee.
